What to Expect
Step 1. Check-in with one of our brokers
After you reach out to us via mail, phone, or form, you’ll connect with one of our specialists and further discuss your needs. We’ll provide guidance and help you make the best decisions about your load.
Step 2. Rate agreement
Once we’ve settled the best course of action, we’ll agree on the rate and “shake on it” for good measure.
Step 3. Assigning the truck, driver, and trailer
We’ll assign a truck to your load and have our dispatchers instruct the drivers when and where to pick up the load. We’ll then share an ETA with you once the driver is en route. You’ll also be able to track your shipment via GPS.
Step 4. Delivery and paperwork
Your shipment reaches the destination and we send you all the paperwork as proof of the delivery.
